Most of West Ashley was built between 1950 and 1975, and the tile requests show it. The brick ranches in Avondale, Byrnes Downs, South Windermere and Ashley Hall have small original bathrooms with 4 by 4 wall tile and a mosaic floor that has outlived two owners.
